Telemedicine is not a complete clinical practise. There are limitations. ENT is a sophisticated specialty, and in most cases, we need to examine closely the affected part, like the ear, nose and throat with instruments and equipment. However, you can utilize tele medicine as an emergency till you can visit our doctor in person.

Routine teleconsultation for patients within India has been stopped following relaxation of COVID travel restrictions. If you can visit our clinic, we advise you to consult in person.


Consultation fees for tele consultation for patients residing outside India is Rs 1200. This includes a meeting through Google Meet scheduled at the convenience of patients and our doctor, for upto 15 minutes.

To book tele consultation:

It is advisable that you check with the clinic in advance before making payment for teleconsultation. Teleconsultation is not available on all days, and especially not on days when the clinic is busy. Click here to send a message to the clinic through Whatsapp.

After completing payment, email your details and a request to [email protected], or by Whatsapp to the number 7012704181, including the following:

  1. Screenshot of the receipt of payment.
  2. Patient’s Name, Age and Phone number
  3. Convenient time for the Patient.

We will respond within a few hours, and schedule an online appointment according to convenience of patient and doctor. Before the arranged appointment time, you will get a Google Meet link through email/Whatsapp

At the appointment time, click the link to open Teleconsultation Page in your browser. Wait till Doctor joins the call. Following consultation, we will send you your prescription by email.

Normal consultation time is upto 15 minutes. To extend consultation beyond 15 minutes or for followup appointments or queries, you may need to make additional payment.


We make no guarantee that consultation can be provided on the same day you require. If you already paid, and we have to cancel the appointment, we will refund the paid amount in full or part to a provided Indian Bank Account, depending on any bank charges accrued in refunding the amount back. To avoid difficulties, make payment after confirming availability for teleconsultation.
