Online Consultation for patients outside India

After COVID 19 pandemic, we no longer offer teleconsultation services inside India. It is offered for international patients only if they are flexible with our hours.

TELECONSULTATION FOR PATIENTS RESIDING/WORKING OUTSIDE INDIA

Consultation fees for tele consultation for patients residing outside India is Rs 1300. This includes a meeting through Google Meet scheduled at the convenience of patients and our doctor, for upto 10 minutes.

To book tele consultation, send payment to the account mentioned below, or by UPI (Google Pay, Phonepe etc).

After confirming that payment has been successfully credited to our bank account (not merely initiated and in processing), email your details and a request to [email protected], or by Whatsapp to the number 7012704181, including the following:

1. Screenshot of the receipt of payment.
2. Patient’s Name, Age and Phone number

We will respond within a few hours, and schedule an online appointment according to convenience of patient and doctor. Before the arranged appointment time, you will get a teleconsultation link through email/Whatsapp. Click on this link to open Google Meet and start your consultation.

Normal consultation time is upto 10 minutes. To extend consultation beyond 10 minutes or for followup appointments or queries, you may need to make additional payment. Our doctors will be busy outside consultation time and will not be able to answer followup queries made through telephone or messages.

Disclaimer:

We make no guarantee that consultation can be done on the same date that we receive the payment. It depends on whether our doctors are able to make time for your consultation during their busy schedule at the hospital. If you already paid, and we have to cancel the appointment, we will refund the paid amount in part or full back to a UPI number provided. If there are fees involved in sending the money, these charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
